Betta Community

Everyone has heard the misconception that Bettas have to be housed alone in tiny aquariums or bowls. This couldn't be more wrong! Most Bettas thrive in peaceful community tanks, and females can be kept in groups (AKA sorority tanks)! With a little consideration, Bettas are an awesome choice to add a big splash of color!

Monster-Sized Fish

If small fish aren't for you, look no further. Monster fish require very large tanks or even pools to accommodate their size and larger-than-life personalities! These fish also tend to have much longer lifespans. Oscars, piranha, stingrays, puffers, catfish and more await!

Dainty Discus

If common aquarium fish don't excite you, Discus might be what you are after! Bright colors of blues, reds, oranges, and even green are common in this species. Discus aquariums have specific demands and set-up requirements, but we think it is definitely worth it!

Invertebrate Focused

Invertebrates aren't only for saltwater! Freshwater hobbyists can enjoy shrimp, snails, crayfish, and crabs in their aquariums! These little guys are very undemanding, help clean up their tank, and can even breed if they're happy. Who doesn't love free baby shrimp?!

African Cichlids

A timeless staple of the freshwater aquarium hobby! African cichlids offer a step between community and monster-sized fish and create an exciting display full of color and interaction! These fish make excellent displays in public areas as they often do not shy away from onlookers!
